Move will allow firm to continue to serve clients throughout Seattle and the Pacific Northwest
SEATTLE, April 17, 2025 – Knobbe Martens is pleased to share that the firm will relocate its Seattle office to City Center Plaza in downtown Bellevue. The firm will move out of its current space at the end of this month and plans to officially open the new office in late May.
The new space will expand the firm’s footprint in the region, allow the firm to host clients in a welcoming, comfortable environment, and provide a vibrant office setting that encourages collaboration. Centrally located in downtown Bellevue, the office will be easily accessible to clients throughout the greater Seattle region and beyond.
“We look forward to welcoming our team and our clients to this fantastic new space, located in the heart of one of the country’s centers of technological innovation,” said Carol Pitzel Cruz, managing partner of the office. “I am excited that our modern space will offer increased opportunities for building close ties with clients and colleagues alike.”
Designed by renowned architecture firm NBBJ, the 26-story steel and glass building is located in the core of Bellevue’s business district and maintains LEED® Gold Certification. Building amenities will include new conference and fitness centers, bike storage, EV charging stations, additional areas to meet and congregate with clients and colleagues, and an updated outdoor plaza.
Knobbe Martens’ Seattle office opened in 2008 and is home to dozens of attorneys and other professionals. The office is renowned for providing sophisticated intellectual property litigation, prosecution and counseling services to clients in high-growth industries, including internet and space technologies, software, medical devices, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals.
