Overview
Nick is an associate in the Orange County office and a member of the firm’s trademark practice group. His services include assisting clients throughout the trademark prosecution process, along with helping manage their trademark portfolios. He also provides guidance to clients on several other topics, such as data privacy and security, domain name disputes, and general IP strategy.
Nick received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering with an Emphasis on Information Systems from the University of Southern California, where he graduated magna cum laude. Nick then received his J.D. from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. During law school, Nick served as an Associate Editor for the Pepperdine Law Review, was the President of Pepperdine’s Intellectual Property Student Association, and worked for Pepperdine’s Start-up Law Clinic.
Nick worked as a summer associate in 2022 before joining the firm in 2023.
