Overview
Mark J. Gallagher is a partner in our Orange County office. He focuses on patent prosecution in the areas of lasers and optics. Dr. Gallagher currently represents clients in a variety of optics technologies, including telecommunications, medical optics, photolithography, optical instrumentation, and ophthalmic applications.
Prior to joining the firm, Dr. Gallagher performed patent prosecution in the areas of semiconductor technology and optics for Benman, Collins and Sawyer.
Dr. Gallagher joined the firm in 1999 and became a partner in 2005.
