Overview
With a focus on all aspects of IP counseling, licensing, and due diligence, Lincoln Essig is totally dedicated to helping businesses at every phase of development build valuable patent portfolios in the U.S. and abroad. He offers honed experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML), including generative AI, computer vision, autonomous vehicles (AV), blockchain, big data analytics, distributed systems, healthcare IT, and medical device guidance.
Lincoln counsels clients on patentability and infringement matters, and develops comprehensive intellectual property programs for pre-litigation, licensing, and enforcement purposes. He also counsels clients on open source compliance, as well as corporate AI policies and compliance.
