Overview
Kelsey Weinman’s practice includes patent prosecution in multiple areas of technology, with an emphasis on software and information technology. Kelsey offers experience prosecuting patents in the fields of artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML), including generative AI, computer vision, autonomous vehicles (AV), video games, big data analytics, distributed systems, and healthcare IT. Further, Kelsey brings her pre-law school experience as a software engineer for two major defense contractors.
Kelsey worked as a summer associate at the firm in 2022, a student associate during Spring 2023, and joined the firm in Fall 2023.
