Ariadad Fattahyani

Ari practices Intellectual Property law with a focus on advocating for clients in patent, trademark, and copyright litigation, both before the International Trade Commission (“ITC”) and Federal District Courts. Prior to pursuing law, Ari honed their technical expertise with a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering and Space Dynamics. Ari is also deeply engaged in the intersection of law and technology and has conducted extensive research on emerging technologies and the legal frameworks governing artificial intelligence. Ari is passionate about navigating complex legal challenges with innovation and precision, ensuring the best outcomes for the firm’s clients.
