Overview
Abigail is a member of the firm’s trademark practice group. She provides guidance to clients in both domestic and international trademark and copyright portfolio management, as well as unfair competition and licensing.
Abigail’s services range from initial trademark selection and searches, prosecution, and procurement to the vigilant enforcement and protection of clients’ brands. This includes notice and takedown procedures, counterfeit enforcement, and resolution of domain name disputes.
With her work in marketing prior to law school, coupled with varied legal externship experiences in intellectual property, privacy, global marketing, and compliance, Abigail is able to address clients’ broad brand protection needs and is highly adaptable within a wide variety of industries.
Abigail received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where she served as the Notes and Comments Editor for and was a published author in the Emory International Law Review. In addition, she was selected to participate in the school’s TI:GER certification program (Technological Innovation: Generating Economic Results) to develop IP strategy for start-ups and other technology commercialization endeavors. Abigail is also a proud alumna of Phillips Exeter Academy.
