Overview
Zach Greenberg is an associate at the firm’s New York office. His practice primarily focuses on patent prosecution. He received his J.D. from Boston College Law School. While attending law school, Zach was a writer and editor for the Intellectual Property and Technology Forum Journal, and worked as a research assistant for Professor Brodin.
Prior to attending law school, Zach graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a B.S. in Computer Science and a minor in Economics. He also worked in the digital advertising industry as a data analyst.
While in law school, Zach externed at the National Consumer Law Center, where he conducted a national survey of state laws pertaining to tax exemptions for homeowners, assisted in drafting and preparing amicus briefs, and prepared and delivered presentations on the Uniform Partition of Heirs Property Act.
Zach was also a student attorney for the Community Enterprise Clinic, where he conducted due diligence and advised on matters relating to trademark applications and registration. He also advised and assisted clients with applications for 501(c)(3) status and reviewed and provided guidance on non-disclosure agreements.
Zach worked as a summer associate at the firm in 2023 and joined the firm in 2024.
