Relocation will expand firm’s space in NYC and enhance client service capabilities
NEW YORK, March 20, 2025 – Knobbe Martens is pleased to share that the firm will relocate its New York office to 1745 Broadway. The firm will begin moving into the space later this month and plans to officially open the new office in early May.
Occupying nearly 28,000 square feet, the new space is designed to accommodate the firm’s growing presence in the New York market. Located in Midtown Manhattan, near Central Park and multiple transit lines, the office will provide a central space for collaboration and client engagement.
“This new office represents a significant milestone in the continued growth of Knobbe Martens in New York,” said Mitch Hadley, managing partner of the office. “The larger footprint of the office will comfortably house our expanding team and provide a warm and inviting space for welcoming our clients.”
1745 Broadway is a LEED Gold certified building with 26 floors totaling 680,000 square feet. With floor-to-ceiling windows located on every floor, the space boasts views Hudson River. The building is within walking distance of world-class restaurants, hotels, shopping, and attractions.
Knobbe Martens’ New York office opened in 2017 and is home to over 25 lawyers and a number of other professionals. Lawyers in the office provide a full suite of intellectual property services, including litigation and transactional counsel, to the greater New York area’s financial tech, pharmaceutical, fashion & beauty, luxury goods, media, and entertainment industries, as well as its thriving start-up innovation environment.
