Overview
Charlie is an associate in the firm’s New York office. He is a member of the firm’s trademark practice group and focuses on domestic and international trademark, unfair competition, and copyright law.
Charlie’s practice includes domestic and foreign trademark searching, prosecution and enforcement, global portfolio management, intellectual property transactions and agreements, inter partes proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and copyright registration and enforcement. He also advises individuals and businesses of all sizes on worldwide trademark portfolio development and oversees international opposition and cancellation proceedings, including settlement.
Charlie received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Michigan Technology Law Review. He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Southern California.
