Hyunjin (Harry) Park focuses his practice on patent drafting and prosecution for advanced technologies, with a particular emphasis on artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and generative AI. Leveraging his background in electrical and computer engineering, Harry advises clients on protecting innovations that integrate complex algorithms and data-driven systems across next-generation platforms and high-tech applications.
Harry’s practice centers on AI-driven software solutions—drafting patent applications and developing strategies for machine learning models, generative AI technologies, and cloud-based software innovations. He also has significant expertise in data management technologies, including data mining and ontology systems, supporting AI-powered platforms.
Harry received his J.D. from Albany Law School, where he was awarded a Founder’s Scholarship. He holds both an M.S. and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona, where his research focused on cognitive radio systems, including RF front-end and control system design. He has published multiple conference papers and journal articles, including in the IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation.
Before law school, Harry worked at the Korean Defense Agency for Technology, applying machine learning techniques to develop advanced defense technologies related to Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems. He also participated in a joint research program and working group with Northrop Grumman and Lockheed Martin (2014–2015), developing AI-based military satellite and tactical link systems to secure interoperability under the C4I framework.
With deep technical and legal expertise, Harry navigates complex patent matters involving AI algorithms, data processing architectures, and integrated circuit designs—providing clients with strategic protection for emerging AI technologies.
